Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g. approved wholesale terms).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale access is available to approved customers only.

Wholesale applications are reviewed manually and approval is at our discretion.

Wholesale customers agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Purchase in line with minimum order requirements
Use their account for legitimate business purposes only

Wholesale customers may only sell Red Peg Laser products from their approved business location and must not sell at markets or expos without prior approval.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. If any delivery issues arise, we will assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Use & Care

Our products are made from marine grade plywood and sealed for indoor and outdoor use.

Products used outdoors require ongoing care, including re-oiling, to maintain their condition.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or environmental exposure.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text and branding, is the property of Red Peg Laser and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Peg Laser is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
