All Red Peg Laser products are carefully quality checked before being packaged and sent.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

To assist with your enquiry, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Your order details

Please do not use the product if it arrives damaged.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

We will review the issue and arrange a resolution where appropriate.

Refunds & Replacements

Where a claim is approved, we will provide a suitable resolution which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Or another agreed solution

Refunds will only be issued where deemed appropriate after assessment.

Shipping Responsibility

Once items leave our workshop, responsibility passes to the customer. 

If there are any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We will assist where possible.
