Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Responsibility
Once items leave our workshop, responsibility passes to the customer.
If there are any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We will assist where possible.
