Dispatch Time
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia & NZ only via the website.
International Orders
International orders may be placed, however shipping is quoted manually.
Once your order is submitted, we will contact you with a shipping cost before processing.
Delivery
We use a range of carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack and Fastway, depending on the order and location.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier used.
Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched in-house from our Sunshine Coast workshop.
Shipping labels are created manually to ensure the most accurate and cost-effective postage based on weight.
