Products & Materials
What are your products made from?
All products are made from marine-grade plywood and sealed with linseed oil. The plywood is a treated timber and can be taken overseas.
Can your products be used outdoors?
Yes — all products are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
For outdoor use, we recommend regular re-oiling to maintain their appearance and durability.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — every product is:

- Made on the Sunshine Coast
- Carefully crafted in-house
Are your products Australian made?
Yes, Red Peg Laser is proudly Australian made, with all products designed and produced locally.
Do you offer custom orders?
No, we do not currently offer custom-made products.
Why are your products unique?
Each design is created in-house and not mass produced, resulting in pieces that are:
- Highly distinctive
- Visually detailed
- Designed with both aesthetics and function in mind
Orders & Returns
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged:
- Do not use the product
- Take clear photos
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly.
When does responsibility for the order transfer?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, wholesale is a core part of Red Peg Laser.
Who is wholesale available to?
Wholesale is available to bricks-and-mortar stores only, including:
- Garden centres
- Gift stores
- Small retail chains
How do I become a stockist?
To apply:
- Submit a wholesale application
- Your application will be reviewed manually
- If approved, you’ll receive login access to order online
Can wholesalers order online?
Yes, once approved, stockists can:
- Log in
- View wholesale pricing
- Place orders directly online
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is typically 50% of retail pricing
How long do wholesale orders take?
Wholesale orders are packed within 2–4 business days.
Can I sell your products online or at markets?
Wholesale is primarily for physical retail stores.

Do you offer payment terms?
Orders are generally paid at checkout.
Selected stockists may be offered 30-day terms (by arrangement).
